She began in the behavioral health field at a provider organization, leading Quality Assurance initiatives including data analysis, provider quality improvement, and achieving accreditation status. With a background rooted in cultural competency and improving technical literacy across populations, Napali is well-versed in using needs assessments and focus groups to develop meaningful programs. Napali drives an environment of collaboration with providers to move the needle on health outcomes for all members.
