  • Will has an extensive background in the healthcare and community space, within community based organizations, the provider and health plan settings. Will’s experience includes executive leadership roles within IDD, physical health, and behavioral health spanning multiple states, supporting B2B, Medicaid, Medicare and Commercial markets.
  • For over 30 years, Will has delivered solutions making healthcare work better for those needing care, and the providers delivering care. Will’s leadership has supported whole-person care delivery solutions including innovative partnerships with counties and payers and alternative payment models for providers. Will supported a Pennsylvania-based health plan expand from a single-state Medicaid plan to a multi-state, multi product line health plan serving nearly 1 million members.
  • With Carelon, Will supports county leaders seeking solutions for the behavioral challenges the members of their county face. Will draws upon Carelon’s nationwide experience to understand solutions and models successfully supporting similar populations, bringing these solutions into the Pennsylvania market. Will leads Carelon’s state-wide growth strategy, working with partners to make the delivery of behavioral healthcare work better for our friends, our families, and our neighbors.
