Napali has been with Carelon since 2020, leading new program implementations for multiple Medicaid markets and fostering meaningful partnerships with our clients.
Napali’s approach to developing alternative payment models is driven by a passion for innovation, serving the community, and promoting health equity. She began in the behavioral health field at a provider organization, leading Quality Assurance initiatives including data analysis, provider quality improvement, and achieving accreditation status. With a background rooted in cultural competency and improving technical literacy across populations, Napali is well-versed in using needs assessments and focus groups to develop meaningful programs. Napali drives an environment of collaboration with providers to move the needle on health outcomes for all members.
