Overview
The goals of Carelon and HealthChoices program are:
- To improve access to health care services for MA recipients
- To improve the quality of care available to MA recipients
- To stabilize Pennsylvania’s MA spending
The Pennsylvania Engagement Center houses a full continuum of services starting with Member and Provider Services, including Network Management and Provider Relations, Utilization Management, Quality Management, Claims processing, Finance, and Information Systems.
