Information on the website is available in American Sign Language, oral English and English.
  • TechOWL – provides free special phones to eligible persons. Phones that amplify, have captions, dial with voice, have large numbers for easy dialing, and more.
  • InnoCaption – downloadable app that is free for individuals with hearing loss; provides real-time captioning of phone calls and automated speech recognition software.
